By opting in to receive SMS messages from Be Authentic you agree to the following Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy:

1. Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to the services you’ve hired Be Authentic for, including service updates, reminders, and promotional offers (if applicable).

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the service you’ve requested. You may receive reminders, updates, or other relevant information related to your service.

3. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Please check with your service provider for details on rates.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates or promotional texts unless you opt back in.

5. Support

For help or inquiries regarding your SMS subscription, reply “HELP” to any message or contact us at 530-605-0998.

6. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide, including your phone number, will only be used to communicate with you regarding the services you’ve hired us for. We will not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill the services you’ve requested or as required by law.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid mobile phone number to opt in and participate in our SMS services.

9. Liability

Be Authentic is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery due to network or technical issues beyond our control.

Our Editors will do what we call a “standard edit” which includes, basic subtitles, pre-selected curated music, and branding to your videos. Any additional or higher level edits will be billed at $35 per hour.

90 Second or Less Social Media Videos

Video packages include editing of short videos under 90 seconds.

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SERVICES?

Photos & Video Production

Clients are responsible for shooting & submitting their own photos and videos. If you’d like one of our Operators to come out for 4 hrs with an iPhone, gimbal, and a mic to help you capture & direct your content, that is available for $699. If you are wanting our full production team to come out and shoot an event, commercial, or other content, see our Film Production rates.

A 100% Done For You Solution

You are an expert in your industry, we are experts in ours. We need you to be engaged with the process, bring your expertise, ideas, and energy to the table so that together we can create the most authentic and compelling content possible. The process doest work if you’re absent.

Ad Campaigns

Boosts and ads are not the same. If you would like us to run advanced ads with retargeting, see our Social Media Advertising packages!

High Level Photo & Video Editing

Custom subtitles, animations, editing together multiple clips, a 2 person interview, or anything above a standard edit, are not included. Our editors can do it, but it will be an additional editing fee of $35 per hour.

Videos Longer Than 90 Seconds

Social Media videos must be shorter than 90 seconds. Anything longer is quoted through our Film Production service.
