Case Study · Website · Video · Podcast · Events · Social · Ads · Print
A Shasta Sotheby’s real estate advisor in Redding. We turned her personal brand into one system that shows up everywhere: a local podcast, monthly social, print guides, event campaigns and her website.

Where She Started
Cassandra Sandmeyer is a real estate advisor with Shasta Sotheby’s in Redding. Like every agent, she has to show up in a lot of places at once: listings, social media, community events, printed pieces and her own website.
Her edge is how much she loves Redding itself. The goal was to build a brand around that, and use it the same way everywhere people find her.
The Vision
Instead of one-off projects, we built everything from her CS personal brand and her Why Redding story, so a podcast episode, a post, a flyer and an ad all feel like the same person.
A podcast about why people love Redding, with the leaders who shape it.
Social that mixes community and real estate, planned ahead and approved by her.
Printed guides that match her brand and sell her process.
Event and listing campaigns that bring people in the door.
What We Built
We’re Cassandra’s marketing team across the board. Here’s what that looks like in practice, piece by piece.
1Website + landing pages
We built cassandrasandmeyer.com on her new personal brand, so every podcast episode, listing and event has a place to land. Now we are building her next site: a luxury redesign with lifestyle-based home search, a Why Redding hub, her buyer and seller guides, and a private advisor workspace that shows her which clients are ready to talk.

Home page · The redesign, from Why Redding to her story.

Mobile · Built for the phone first.

Why Redding · Her story and the podcast.

Find your place · Home search by lifestyle.

Buy + Sell · Her guides and process.

Advisor workspace · Her private CRM: leads, follow-ups and buyer intent.

North State · Relocation and lifestyle guide.
2Video production
Every listing gets an agent-led film with Cassandra on camera, plus vertical cuts for social and ads. Her clients get a premium launch, and her audience sees the same advisor every time.

3Podcast production
Cassandra hosts local leaders and business owners to talk about what makes Redding home. We plan every episode with her, film it in our studio, edit it, and cut it into shorts for social, then run ads to grow the audience.

4Events
Cassandra gives back through community events. We brand them, promote them and film them, from Play Like a Mother, her charity pickleball brunch, to the Snow Cone Social benefiting One Safe Place.
5Social media + photography
We plan her social a month ahead, stage it for her approval, publish it and report on it. Community first, then reach: her podcast, her events, new listings and milestones. And we shoot the photos that keep her feed and website fresh.
6Meta ads
We run Meta ads for her listings, her events and her podcast, each with one clear goal: traffic to a listing page, registrations for an event, or new podcast followers. Then we report what worked and adjust.
7Brand + print
We built her personal CS brand system, then carried it into everything she hands people: a 24-page buyer guide and a seller advisory guide that tell her story and her process before the first meeting.
The Outcome
Cassandra started with a lot of places to show up and nothing tying them together. Today her podcast, social, events, print pieces, listing films, ads and website all come from one brand and one story, so each piece makes the others stronger.
Because we run it all together, a podcast guest becomes a short for social, an event becomes an ad campaign with its own registration page, a listing becomes a film and a traffic ad, and a buyer who picks up her guide lands on a website that looks just like it.
The results show it working: social impressions up 270% in a single month, 26 website leads from her event ads in two weeks, and listing ads that delivered landing-page views for 19 cents each. And it keeps going. New episodes, new listings and new events plug into the same system every month, and her next website is already in the works.
