Every month, Josh breaks down the Shasta County market on camera. We produce the series and his podcast, and together they’ve made him the local voice of real estate.

Where They Started
In real estate, trust is the whole game. Buyers and sellers want an agent who actually understands what’s happening in their town, not just someone with a listing sign.
Josh knew the Shasta County market inside and out. The challenge was showing that consistently, every month, without pulling him away from his clients.
The Vision
Instead of one big campaign, we built a rhythm: a short, clear market update every month, plus a podcast for the longer conversations. Josh brings the expertise. We handle everything else.
A monthly Shasta County market update, on schedule.
Josh on camera, in his office, explaining the numbers in plain language.
Longer conversations for people ready to dig in.
We plan, film, edit and deliver, so it fits around his clients.
What We Built
Each month we film Josh’s market update and his podcast, then cut both into posts for every platform. Between episodes, our photographers shoot his listings and his team. Here is everything we make for Josh.
1Market update videos
Every month we film Josh breaking down the Shasta County market: what sold, what is pending, where rates are and what it means for buyers and sellers. We add the data on screen, caption it, and deliver a full version for YouTube plus square and vertical cuts for social.

2Podcast production
The Josh Barker Real Estate podcast goes deeper than the monthly update, with longer conversations about building, buying and selling in Redding. We film every episode, edit the full show, and cut five or six subtitled shorts so one conversation feeds his social for weeks.

3Feature video
Beyond the monthly series, we film feature pieces that put Josh inside the homes he represents, cut vertical for social so buyers meet the agent and the house at the same time.

4Photography
Since 2022 our photographers have shot Josh's listings, inside and from the air, and in 2026 we photographed his team with matching headshots for the website and their marketing.
The Outcome
Month after month, the updates have added up. Josh is now the agent people in Shasta County watch to understand their market, and the numbers show it.
Recent market updates have drawn tens of thousands of views on YouTube each: the February 2026 update passed 24,000, and July passed 15,000. The podcast has run every month since 2024, and every episode becomes a week or more of shorts.
Every video builds on the last. When someone in Redding is thinking about buying or selling, they’ve likely already spent time with Josh, and that’s a head start no ad can buy.
They are phenomenal! Dan did a great job, and we really appreciate the extra effort you and your team put into capturing these shots.Josh Barker Real Estate team
